Cancellation Policy
24-hour cancellation/rescheduling policy-We ask you to give us 24 hours advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule, if you fail to do so you will be charged a fee:
20% of your scheduled service if you cancel/reschedule within the 24 hours.
50% of your scheduled service for same day cancellations/reschedule.
100% of your scheduled service if you no show/no call.
If you cancel/reschedule 2 times in one month (early or late) you will only be allowed to schedule same day appointments in the future.
